Kristoffer Pedersen

Kristoffer is Director at Maj Invest Equity and has 8 years’ experience within the Danish and Nordic M&A market of which 5½ years have been as a private equity investor in the Danish middle-market. He began his career working as an Associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance (~1 year) advising Danish mid-market clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions.

He then worked as an Analyst at Nordea Investment Banking (~1½ years) advising Nordic mid- and large-cap clients on sell-side, buy-side, and capital market transactions.

Kristoffer holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
