Business model
Sticks’n’Sushi opened its first restaurant in 1994, being one of the pioneers in Copenhagen specialising in sushi and yakitori sticks served in attractive locations. Sticks'n’Sushi has opened a total of 25 restaurants, including twelve in Copenhagen, and the concept has successfully been rolled out in the UK with now ten restaurants and three delivery kitchens in the London area. In addition, there are three restaurants in Berlin.
