The private equity fund Maj Invest Financial Inclusion Fund III has completed its second investment by acquiring primary shares in Berar Finance Limited. The company is a regulated Deposit-Taking Non-Bank Finance Company, which specializes in commercial two-wheeler vehicle finance.
