Previously, Henrik Parkhøi was Managing Director of the Maj Invest group since 2007 with responsibility for asset management, investor relations, wealth management, clients and business development. In the period 2002-2007 Henrik worked for Danske Bank, first as First Vice President with responsibility for Equity Research (2002-2004) and later on as Senior Vice President with responsibility for Corporate & Institutional Sales and Danske Research, which is a part of Danske Markets (2004-2007). Prior to that, Henrik was employed by Morgan Stanley and Bank of America in London as Vice President and Associate, respectively. Henrik holds an MSc from the University of Copenhagen.

Nils Bernstein was Chairman of the Board of Governors of Danmarks Nationalbank (the central bank of Denmark) from 2005 to 2013. Previously, Nils was permanent secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture. He is chairman of the committee of representatives of Nordatlantens Brygge and member of the board of Maj Bank A/S.

Jørgen Tang-Jensen has spent his entire professional life in the VELUX group and has experience from sales, marketing and products as well as production and logistics, among other areas. In 2001, Jørgen Tang-Jensen was appointed CEO of the VELUX group with approx. 10,000 employees in 40 countries, and he retired from this position in 2017.

Søren Krag Jacobsen has been employed as Head of Middle Office in Maj Invest since 2015. Søren has more than 15 years of experience from the financial sector and came to Maj Invest from a position as department head in Nykredit. Søren holds a degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Kirsten Slot joined the Maj Invest group when it was established and has occupied the position of Head of IT since 2006. Kirsten has more than 30 years of experience from the financial sector. Previously, Kirsten was employed by Codan Forsikring and Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond.

Kirsten has extensive experience within IT security, IT compliance, IT governance and IT management. In addition, Kirsten has been Maj Invest's management representative in the work environment committee.

Tomas Munksgard Hoff is Senior Manager with focus on Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest (mutual fund). Tomas joined Maj Invest in 2008 from a position as head of editorial research (business news) at the Danish newspaper Berlingske. Tomas holds an MSc (Economics) from the University of Copenhagen.
