Maj Invest is one of Denmark’s leading asset management companies, managing assets for primarily institutional clients. The Maj Invest group was established in 2005 and is today owned by management and employees.
The group comprises the companies Maj Invest Holding A/S, Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S, Maj Invest Equity A/S and Maj Bank A/S as well as a number of companies related to Danish and international private equity. Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S is investment adviser to the Maj Invest mutual funds in Denmark and Luxembourg, which are owned by their members. We have two main business areas: Asset Management and Private Equity.
In Asset Management we provide advice on strategic asset allocation and asset management of securities listed on regulated markets for institutional clients and the mutual funds Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest in Denmark and Maj Invest Funds in Luxembourg. We also offer wealth management services to wealthy individuals, companies and funds.
Our Investor Relations & Markets department primarily handles Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S' client relations and supplies distributors with information on Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest and Maj Invest Funds.
In Private Equity we act as advisors to private equity funds on their investments in unlisted equities in Denmark and abroad. In Denmark we advise several private equity funds and provide discretionary investment advisory services to clients on private equity portfolios. In the international part of our private equity business we advise private equity funds on their investments in Southeast Asia and within financial inclusion.
