Maj Invest Holding A/S is the parent company of the Maj Invest group. A considerable portion of the group’s activities is placed in the subsidiaries Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S and Maj Invest Equity A/S. Additionally, the Maj Invest group comprises Maj Bank A/S and a number of management companies related to the group’s private equity activities.

The Maj Invest mutual funds in Denmark and Luxembourg are not a part of the group as these are member-owned. Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S is investment adviser to the Maj Invest mutual funds.
