Kasper Svarrer started his career at Maj Invest in 2009 and works at the Maj Invest office in Copenhagen. Kasper has been developing Maj Invest’s international private equity business in Latin America, Asia and Africa and has more than 15 years of experience with investments in frontier and emerging markets, now leading the team managing the two financial inclusion funds, Danish Microfinance Partners K/S and Maj Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II K/S. Previously Kasper has worked for the World Bank in Washington DC and The Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU). Kasper represents the fund DMP on the board of directors in the portfolio company Microcred Holding. He holds an MSc in Forestry and has an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, Reading University, UK. In additional he holds a diploma in Business Management from Georgetown University, USA.

David joined Maj Invest in 2015 and works at the Maj Invest office in Mumbai, India. David has over 14 years of international experience managing finance operations, private equity and venture capital in the US, Asia and Latin America at Ernst & Young, Dell Corporation, start-ups and NGOs. David holds an MBA focused on finance, international business, venture capital & private equity from Brigham Young University (US) and Strategic Leadership on Inclusive Finance from Harvard University.

Victor Pinto joined Maj Invest in January 2017 and works at the Maj Invest office in Lima, Peru. Victor has over 17 years of international and emerging markets experience in micro and small enterprise banking, financial services M&A, direct private equity and alternative investments in Credit Bank of Peru and Scotiabank Group (Canada and Peru). Victor holds an international MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada.

Siva has over six years of experience in corporate finance, investment management and financial inclusion, in particular working with funds that invest in financial institutions that offer SME finance, microfinance, agricultural finance and affordable housing finance. He has worked in seven countries across Asia Pacific region including India, China and Indonesia, among others. Prior to working as an investment manager with Triple Jump BV and Incofin IM, Siva started his career at Deloitte as an Enterprise Risk Consultant. He holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Karina joined Maj Invest in 2016 and works at the Maj Invest office in Copenhagen. Previously, she worked in a Peruvian credit rating company analysing banks, microfinance institutions and companies related to the insurance and telecommunication sector.

Fangyun joined Maj Invest in 2015 and works at the Maj Invest office in Copenhagen. She is primarily involved in fund reporting and valuation analysis from portfolio companies and potential investment research and analysis. She holds an MBA in finance with experience in hedge fund research in New York and operations reporting in a multinational corporate in Guangzhou, China.

Anvi joined Maj Invest in 2019. She has over six years of work experience within fixed income, taxation, audit and private equity. Anvi has previously worked as an emerging markets fixed income trader covering Asia Pacific, Europe and North America and has a bachelor's degree in commerce with honours in finance from the University of Mumbai.

Claudia joined Maj Invest in 2016 and works at the Maj Invest office in Lima, Peru. She holds a bachelor degree in economics with a specialization in finance. Her previous experience includes investment analysis for a multinational company based in Peru.

Mohammed joined Maj Invest in 2020. He is primarily involved in fund reporting, valuation analysis from portfolio companies and potential investments, and sector analysis. He holds a BSc in International Business as well as an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with High Honors. In addition, he holds a certificate in Investment Banking & Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.

Ria joined Maj Invest in 2022 and works at the Maj Invest office in Mumbai, India. She is primarily involved in fund reporting and valuation analysis from portfolio companies and potential investment research and analysis. Previously, she worked at Deutsche Bank for 2+ years as a Financial Analyst. She holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance from the University of Mumbai.

Jane Hjortkjær is Manager, Accounting in Maj Invest Equity and has been employed in the Maj Invest group since 2006. Jane comes from a position as accountant in Deloitte from which she has 15 years of experience with auditing, accounts and tax for medium-sized companies and groups; the last three years as department head. After Deloitte, Jane worked four years at Novozymes with business controlling within production and R&D. Jane holds an MSc (Business Administration and Auditing).

Ken B. Ernstsen is controller in the Maj Invest Equity department, and has been employed in the group since 2007. Prior to Ken's employment with Maj Invest he worked as an accountant at BDO for eight years and Arthur Andersen for two years, both located in Copenhagen. Ken has an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Aarhus School of Business (1995).

Jens Hansen came to Maj Invest in August 2005 and is the group's Finance Manager. Prior to Jens' employment with Maj Invest, he worked for Alm. Brand Bank, Nordea and BG Bank. Jens holds an MSc in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Marianne Settnes has been General Counsel, Head of Legal & Compliance at Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S and Maj Invest Equity A/S since the establishment of the two companies in 2005 (and at LD from 2004). Prior to this, Marianne Settnes was employed as an attorney with the law firm Bech-Bruun (1993-2004) with focus on stock market law, M&A, capital market law and company law. Before this, she worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1992-1993). Marianne Settnes is Attorney with the right to appear before the Danish High Court and holds an MBA.

Jakob Vestergaard has been with Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S and Maj Invest Equity A/S since 2008. Prior to this, he worked for the law firm Bech-Bruun (2000-2008) with M&A, company law, insurance law, transport law and disputes. Jakob Vestergaard is attorney with the right to appear before the Danish High Court.

Mette Fibæk Madsen came to Maj Invest in 2008 from a position as administrative coordinator with The Confederation of Danish Employers (2000-2008) where she also completed her all-round office training and education.

Sine Skov Jonassen came to Maj Invest in 2021, first as Junior Sustainability Manager (part-time) and since 2022 as Sustainability Manager (full-time). Sine holds an MSc from Copenhagen Business School and also has a minor in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG): Metrics, Reporting and Sustainable Investments.
